Local:

The Black Soldier Fly (Hermetica Illucens) originates in South America. Due to human actions, the species was able to spread to different subtropical and tropical regions including Kenya.

High in Protein:

Black soldier flies contain upwards of 50%  protein which makes them a better option than soy and it is a more pure product than fishmeal.

The Black soldier fly is a stable, high in quality, nutritious alternative, resulting in higher quality animals.

Sustainable:

The black soldier fly converts organic waste  into high value protein. By using the black soldier fly we can make a circular production cycle that reduces not only our waste but organic waste throughout Kenya.
